I don’t produce videos because I’m wary of making myself vulnerable.
Yet, I realize that if I put myself out there more, I have a greater chance of helping people. So today I’m releasing my first video, ever. I wanted to do something different in preparation for the launch of my new membership website.
In this video, I cross over the 200 ft tall Coronado bridge in San Diego to prove – mostly to myself – that I’ve done away with my old fear of heights. It’s nothing fancy, but I hope it encourages someone watching that overcoming their fears is a real possibility and not just something you hope for.

Have you ever overcome a powerful fear? Tell me about it in the comments section below.
Note: Please excuse the shaky camera work. =)

Woohoo! Paul and Kudos to your wife!
I can’t remember when I liked any bridges. As a teenager, I drove twice across the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge,as an adult I drove across country many times, with no problems that I recall.
About 10 yrs ago, I did have a scarey incident on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge St Petersburg,Fl; I was on the back of a motorcycle and a car cut us off, thought we were going down. Then a few yrs later, had a panic attack on the ‘Dolly Parton’ bridge north of Mobil Ala, a nice state trooper helped me get over it. The fear has increased since the Sunshine Skyway bridge and now I don’t drive over any.
For a while, even low bridges/over passes were difficult. It’s a slow process of facing that fear and over-coming it. I was able to drive over some bridges and had a set back, so am working on retracing my steps.
Thanks for all you do.

Whelp….I plan on driving across the Coronado this month. I decided to conquer my fear of bridges…but after watching this video, I’m not sure if I’ll make it across.
