- OCD is distressing thoughts or obsessions that lead to compulsions such as cleaning.
- Traditional methods of healing anxiety.
- Psychotherapy: Cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Drugs like Zoloft and other drugs like anti depressants.
- The Guru methods of healing.
- Even if you have had anxiety 10 years you can get better.
- Focus on natural methods: High tolerance to drugs can lead to relapse.
- Diet: i.e., Fish supplements Omega 3 Fatty acid found in fish and in pill form. The Harvard Research Laboratories have cited the benefits of fish oil for the brain- helps to balance chemicals in the brain: Reduced availability of neurotransmitters like Serotonin Dopamine, Nor-epinephrine, and other chemicals.
- Exercise: Regular exercise gives you energy (which you never have), helps to improve brain function, releases emotions, releases endorphins

- Support from your safe person
