Based on the amount of email I get regarding the Anxiety Guru podcast it seems to be one of the most popular aspects of this blog.
In an effort to improve the podcast and broaden its scope I’ve setup a dedicated Skype voice-mail that you can call to ask questions or leave comments.
For you shy types out there don’t worry because no one is going to pick up the line. It’s just a recording of me thanking you for your contribution.
What I plan to do is take the recorded messages and include them in the podcast itself and address the questions and comments individually. I think this is a great way to allow AG readers to connect in some small way with other people coping with the same issues.
You should know that if you call in you can use a fake name, tell me you’re from Mars, or even disguise your voice.
Remember it’s not about you per say, it’s more about expanding the conversation and sharing information, concerns, and solutions.
This is also about allowing my readers and listeners a real opportunity to engage with me and provide for a much more entertaining and informative podcast.
In addition, the only thing I will share about callers is whatever information they provide. In this regard privacy matters.
Now, is this the first anxiety call in show ever? I actually don’t know if it is, but what I can say is that I want to make this site into the best resource on the planet for people with high anxiety and there’s no way I can do it alone.
So take a few minutes (literally 2 min) and call in with your question or comment. It could not only clarify some issue for you, but it can also help someone else understand their situation better.
The number is 619.573.9940. If you have a Skype account the call should be free.

Update
The phone line is currently closed. I will reopen it in the near future. However, if you want a question answered on the podcast, simply email your question to info@anxietyguru.net.
Thanks!

Love this concept, Paul! It’ll be great to hear real people getting help. As always, praise to you for being solutions oriented!
I wholly encourage anyone reading this to give an anonymous call and to leave a message.
We can all help each other in these ways.

Hey Rude,
Yeah, that is true. I stopped taking calls for now due to other obligations I have. But I will re-start the call in sessions in the near future.
