In this week’s episode of the AG Show I shift gears a bit and just answer a few emails. Actually, this wasn’t even my idea. An AG Show listener suggested it a few weeks back and I thought it would be a nice change of pace. I chose 6 or 7 emails that cover a wide range of issues to help sharpen your anti-anxiety skills, or help you fall asleep, it really depends on how soothing you think my voice is.
Perhaps the most interesting part of this week’s podcast was the opportunity to hear just how many different ways anxiety can impact a person’s life. It’s stunning. I think that’s why I never get bored of this topic because anxiety seems to manifest in so many different ways.
I also enjoy any chance I get to connect with you guys. When I read your emails I can almost feel what you’re going through. Emotionally this can be somewhat draining, but it also motivates me to continue my work at Anxietyguru.net. I can’t listen to these stories and not help.
Anyway, if you have a question or show suggestions please send them to info@anxietyguru.net.
Thanks!
In this week’s episode of The Anxiety Guru Show we’ll explore:
- Fear of public exercise
- The impact marijuana has on the anxious mind
- High blood pressure at the doctor’s office
- And other ramblings in-between

Paul, I fall asleep to the show too! I only do this when napping on weekends though. Your voice is definitely soothing.

Hey Weezy, as long as the show helps in some way it’s worth it. LOL.

Hi Paul I have anxiety and panic attacks when my partner is not with me I have problems being home alone or going anywhere alone . I listen to your podcast and it inspires me but I don’t know how to get over that hump of being k to be alone. I know I’ve gotten way to dependent on my partner. But I’ve always had anxiety just not at all to this degree. I’m looking for ideas how to break the code of being alone . My email isalandpipe@yahoo.com
