Thank you for your support and reminders. I’ve listened to this multiple times already. Yes my health anxiety has been off the charts. It’s been an extra lonely scarey time. On top of the over reactivity to an already existent recovery from bronchitis at al, I’ve been isolating from just plain fear.
I appreciate the reminders and do indeed consider the information as part of my brain ripples now…lol.
Thank you again. Hearing that I’m not wrong is a great comfort. Life is stressful in its own right. Added to all this ..all is normal.
