In case anyone was wondering why I haven’t written much in the past 10 days let me fill you in. Some of you may have thought "well it’s the holidays" but in fact my internet connection crashed about a week ago. The bad news is that I wasn’t able to write anything, the good news is that since I couldn’t write I decided to read, a lot.
And I wasn’t reading the hottest new novel either, I of course was in the psychology stakes looking for more good information and I found tons. In the past week I came across three books in particular that gave me a lot of new ideas and new perspectives on old ideas.
This all means that I have a lot of ideas for new material and I’ll be able to share it with you soon. Like I said you’ve heard of some of this material, but there is some stuff that at least some of you have never heard of with regards to treatments for anxiety disorder(s).
I just wanted to write a quick note to let everyone know that I’m back from blog pergatory and I’ll be resuming my quest for anxiety relief shortly.
And another side note I’m not sure if it is the weather, my lack of internet connection or what but the last four days have been hellish. Although I’m starting to snap out of it I have been struggling with a particularly vicious episode of anxiety.
Do you know what I mean by viscous? I mean so bad that if I had enemies I wouldn’t wish that they feel or think that badly, ever. It was painful and fraught with the kind of nerves that you only hope you never encounter again. I generally don’t get like this but as we all know anxiety is unpredictable and can sneak up on us at any time.
So for those of you that care I am starting to feel better and I’ll be sending new information your way soon. If you want to stay posted without having to check the site often just go to my homepage and subscribe via email or RSS . It is 100% free and it will simply send you an email message notifying you of any new content.
Happy New Year and I hope that all of you have a great anxious free new years party and 365 days.

Glad to hear you’re feeling better. The Xmas season has been a little tense for me too. Guess it’s that time of year. Roll on January!
