The greatest obstacle to living is expectancy, which hangs upon tomorrow and loses today… The whole future lies in uncertainty: live immediately.” -Seneca
Over the summer I released a podcast episode called What History Can Teach You About Your Anxiety. It was an okay podcast episode about how anxiety was understood in antiquity. But instead of providing you with more of the same I tracked down the author of two academic papers that I relied heavily on to light my path. On today’s episode of The Anxiety Guru Show I speak to Marc-Antoine Crocq, MD. Dr. Crocq is a French psychiatrist living in Eastern France. I had a great time talking with him as he provided great insights into anxiety, medications, and even Covid. I hope you enjoy the show!

You are right Paul
Marc-Antoine is a very smart, but also a very kind man, just like you said.
I am lucky to have him (and his wife) as a friend for the last 20 years.
Great Interview, very interesting
