Hey guys! I’ve been away for way too long. I published my last podcast back in November with the intention of putting out new shows periodically, but as you know I wasn’t able to pull that off. I’ve been busy with work and personal stuff but the podcast was never far from my mind. So in this week’s episode of The Anxiety Guru Show I share 3 important ways that you can use to get away from long-term anxiety.
So, listen now.
In this episode of The Anxiety Guru Show you’ll hear about:
- How you can increase your tolerance of anxiety
- Understand your relationship with anxiety
- How more is less when recovering from anxiety
- And, of course, my random ideas
To listen, you can click the play button below or visit the AG iTunes page.

Hi Paul,
I was so happy to see that you came out with a new podcast!
I find your podcast super helpful, and it helped me cope with a tough bought of anxiety a year and a half ago. During your break, I re-listened to previous podcasts and it was useful as reminders that this process is a continuous journey. I find when I’m feeling my best, it’s still really important to work on tools to better cope with my anxiety.
Thank you so much for all that you do. And, I think that it’s great that you take breaks to focus on yourself.

Hi Paul, love you – you are just SO funny, SO wacky! Glad everything is ‘all good’ with you. Me too. You have helped me understand my anxiety through your podcasts and allowed me to be me. I am an anxious person by nature (true) but anxiety no longer inhibits my personality! Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Hi Paul, back for another comment. You said you’re out of ideas.. Actually you can share how your patients could get rid of anxiety/know to handle it.. to take lessons from their experiences.. without sharing their personal data ofc.. You also have the “fans” emails.. You can invite people like you did with Vallery for example…
I know it is hard and tiring to engage making a regular podcast but I wouldn’t write wjat I wrote know if I wasn’t sure that you love what you do! Bless you..

Hi Paul, I will start by saying your podcasts have saved my life several times. I’ve been listening for years now and hope you decide to continue with the show. I was curious if you could do a podcast about the relation between anxiety/depression and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Thanks!

Im all sorts of brand new, just found this resource and wanted to say Thank you, and that i made it to the end! It is so great to not feel alone in this. I’m one of those who knows what to do but find it hard at the moment at times to actually benefit from it. I’ve also had an anxiety to calm moment before and they are indeed amazing and crazy! The mind is so powerful! We moved to Thailand a year and a half ago and i began to experience anxiety when i found out we were moving (military spouse). Ive went on meds in january and now off meds, and am going the natural route. This is just a great site and I wanted to send my thanks. I’m currently stuck on the couch right now dealing with a cold and feeling a little anxious for the first time in a little bit (gotta love it when sickness throws ypu for a loop) when i found this. So, thank you Paul :). You’ve absolutely helped out my evening and mindset and i cant wait to do a little more digging on this site 🙂
